1.Referral Program: 

1.1 Eligibility: 

– All existing clients are eligible to participate in the referral program. 

1.2 Referral Commission: 

– Upon successful referral resulting in a closed deal, the referrer will receive a commission of 2% of the total order value. 

– The commission amount will be calculated based on the actual payment amount made by the referred client, excluding any taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges. 

1.3 Commission Calculation: 

– Commissions will be calculated based on the total order value generated by the referred client. 

– Commission calculation does not include any canceled, returned, or refunded orders.

2.Commission Payment:

2.1 Payment Schedule: 

– Commissions will be paid to referrers after successful order delivery. 

– Payments will be made on a monthly basis, accumulating the total commission amount to be paid to the referrer.

2.2 Payment Method: 

– Commissions will be paid via bank transfer or PayPal to the referrer. 

– The referrer needs to provide accurate bank account information or PayPal account details for payment processing.

3.Agreement:

3.1 Referral Agreement: 

– Referrers and the procurement agent will enter into a referral agreement, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and commission details. 

– The referral agreement will define the referral program rules, commission payment methods, and payment schedule, among other important provisions.
